PLANNING STATUS
Detailed Planning Permission for a high end mixed use residential led scheme with on site affordable housing, along with commercial / community / cultural floorspace was granted in 2023.

UPDATE
The site was sold with the benefit of Planning Permission to London Square in 2024.
